Problems to work around
a) .pst backup file cannot be imported in Cpanel Imap Mail directly (how to import .pst to Cpanel)
Solutions
a) Backup and migrate locally:
1. Backup mail to .pst file (on your local machine) NL instructies | EN instructions
2. Setup new mailbox (with temporary different mailbox name), instructions from Cpanel account NL instructies | EN instructions [2]
3. Import the .pst file into the new mailbox NL instructies | EN instructions

Requirements: Outlook mail software running on Windows, with old (current) mailbox setup
If not installed: Go to Microsoft Store. find and install ‘Outlook for Windows’, and follow ‘how to setup Outlook‘
Webmail standard on CPanel
If your webhosting has a CPanel installed as part of their webhostingmanager (WHM) software, email configuration can be done locally (on your server) or virtually (domain bridge). For Cpanel local usage email can be used directly on the server with webmail: mail.domainname.ext or domainname.ext/webmail
